Welcome

The Church of St John the Baptist in Windlesham forms part of the Guildford Diocese of the Church of England.
We are a broad and friendly church family spanning all ages, with traditional, family and alternative types of service to suit all styles of worship.
Our welcome to visitors is real. Our Church is typically open during the day for quiet and for prayer. Access is via the South porch (white studded door).
DC4B - Plan for 2010

Here's our provisional plan for DC4B for the rest of the year including archery at a different and much larger venue. We’re just in the process of booking venues so the plan and dates are still provisional - we'll update this as each event is confirmed.
So here’s what we hope to be doing for the rest of the year:
- 7th March Visit to the British Army Royal Logistics Corps Museum - Confirmed - £5
- 16th May Dragon boats
- 11th July Gravity kart racing – build a kart and bring it along to race (family session)
- 12th Sep Archery - Bisley - Minimum age: a strong 6 year old - Confirmed - £10.
- 14th Nov Survival crafts (shelter building etc)
Green - Easter funday

Why not come along to Green our Easter Funday on Sunday 21st March 2010 1:30-5:30pm? Come along and join in the fun while we explore all things Green in the Easter story. We'll have games, craft, daft challenges, music and food. We'll all be sitting down for a meal at the end of the funday and we hope that families will join us for the meal. Reception - Year 6.

2009 Stars Christmas funday

A cold, frosty morning provided a suitable Christmassy feel to the start of our Funday this year. 51 children enjoyed the Christmas story re-told through a mad mix of songs, crafts, puppets, silliness with jelly babies and rounded off with a film served with popcorn and ice-cream.

Get ready for the Windlesham Pancake Race on Sunday 14th February at 3pm on the Field of Remembrance.
Bring your own pancake and pan and be ready to race! There’ll be races and prizes for all ages as well as refreshments.
