Village Life

Windlesham is a strong village community and, once part of Windsor Great Park and a farming village, has a population now of a little over 4,300 (Census, 2001).

Windlesham derives its name from the Windle Brook which runs south of the village, and 'ham', the Old English word for 'homestead'.
