Parish Communion
at 9.00 am

Parish Communion is a traditional service of communion using the liturgy of Common Worship Order 1. The service includes the singing of hymns, and the music is supported by the choir.

Morning Praise
at 10.45 am

Designed for all-age worship, our Morning Praise is informal, with singing led primarily by the Music Group. On the first Sunday of the month, the service includes Communion. There are full Junior Church activities each Sunday to which children depart during the service.

Evening Worship
at 6.30 pm

Our Evening Worship aims to incorporate different traditions and styles, and to encourage us to explore new ways to worship God. Examples of these are:

  • Fusion - services which incorporate a range of traditions, including Iona, Taize and alternative
  • Healing - a special service including a time of prayer for healing
  • Prayer and Praise - reflective, thought-provoking and often topical times of praise God and praying to him.
  • Youth Services - led by our youth team, but for everyone, young or old.
  • Quiet Prayer - exactly what it says, a time of quiet prayer.
  • 1662 Evening Prayer - a traditional service of evening prayer from the 1662 Book of Common Prayer

Celebration Services
at major festivals

Celebration Services aim to bring the whole Church community together in a single act of worship. They incorporate Communion, and involve both the choir and the Music Group in a blend of the traditional and the new.
