The Link and St John's Hall

The Link building connects the church to St John's Hall behind the church and provides well equipped meeting spaces on two floors, toilets and modern kitchen facilities on both floors. There are several meeting rooms to cater for different sized events. The Link is fully accessible to those with mobility difficulties with disabled toilets on both floors.

Notes

 

  1. The minimum booking period is two hours. Durations of event will be rounded up to the nearest full hour.
  2. A Deposit of 10% of the full invoice is payable to confirm the booking, which will be deducted from the final invoice. Full payment, including additional deposit if applicable, must be paid not less than 14 days before the event.
  3. Organisations making 10-19 bookings per calendar year at the standard rate will receive a 15% discount.  Bookings of 20 sessions and above will receive a 20% discount.
  4. The following discounts will apply to the standard rate when several rooms are booked together for the same periods.:
    • Two rooms:10% off
    • Three rooms:20% off
    • Four rooms:30% off
  5. 5.An additional refundable deposit of £50 may be required in respect of Private receptions and parties. This deposit will be refunded only if the premises (inside and outside) have been left in a clean and tidy condition and there is no damage to the premises or its content.
  6. All outside caterers must be approved by Surrey Heath Borough Council.
